Tele2

Tele2 SSC was established in 2004 as a Billing operations centre for the Tele2 group to consolidate billing knowledge and provide billing services across the Tele2 footprint. As a result of successful billing service consolidation in Riga, it extended the service portfolio of Tele2 SSC in Riga, which led to Tele2 SSC successfully providing competences in IT, telecommunications, finance, operations and customer operations areas and employing over 700 employees at its peak.
