By investing in Latvia, Tech Mahindra leverages the country’s strong digital infrastructure, multilingual talent, and thriving ICT ecosystem to deliver next-generation technologies and accelerate digital growth in the region.

Founded in 1986 and headquartered in Pune, India, Tech Mahindra is part of the global Mahindra Group, operating in over 60 countries. 

With a diverse team of over 145,000 professionals from more than 70 countries serving 1,100+ clients, the company offers a broad spectrum of services, including IT consulting, digital transformation, cybersecurity, AI, and enterprise software solutions.

Tech Mahindra's entry into Latvia strongly indicates the vibrant growth in Latvia's Business Services sector. Latvia hosts approximately 50 business service centers, employing over 18,000 people, with each center averaging 300 full-time employees. These centers specialize in IT, finance, customer service, logistics, HR management, and procurement.
