Riga Business Centre was established in November 2020 and during its first year of operations it has grown up to 140 employees.
Riga has been chosen as the best location for Norwegian`s strategic operations development due to its location and short flight distance from Oslo, skilled and educated people available in Latvia, good language skills and similar culture to Scandinavia, and also due to its innovative and modern society.
Norwegian aircrafts are flying again since August 2021, and we are proud to share that all Norwegian travellers who are reaching out to customer service are served by our passionate and helpful colleagues from Customer Care department in Riga. This is the biggest department here and besides to that Riga is housing also Accounting unit, IT, Procurement, Fraud and Chargeback teams.
