MGI Latvia acts as a hub of research and development, production, logistics and specialized training for MGI’s business development in Europe and other international regions. The 7,500m2 facility has a Global Product Application Demo Centre and a state-of-art Sequencing Centre. The company’s customers and partners include research centres, universities, public and private healthcare institutions and diagnostics laboratories.

The company participates in many research projects including ERDF, and Horizon 2020 projects, by offering its genome sequencing capabilities to national and international science partners.
