Atea Global Services is a part of the Atea group – the leading IT infrastructure provider in Europe’s Nordic and Baltic regions and bringing together more than 7 500 employees across 85 offices in 7 countries. As a part of the Atea group, the office in Riga strives to be The Place To Be for employees, customers, and partners by combining technology, creativity, and sustainability.

Atea Global Services was established in 2006 with a team of 20 employees and just 3 customers, with the main purpose of delivering application packaging services. In this time, the company has grown immensely. From Atea Global Services, Riga’s office delivers managed IT Solutions that splits into 3 categories – hybrid platforms, digital workplace, and information management. This includes IT service desk in 11 different languages, supporting customers in their journey to the cloud, and enabling users to experience the best of a digital workplace. On top of that, Atea Business Service Center delivers classical administrative business process outsourcing services for fields such as finance, procurement, customer care, licensing support, and more. 

Atea Global Services believes that their biggest strength is their people. People in Latvia are smart, passionate, driven, and at the same time, empathetic and caring, that has allowed Atea to be where they are today.
