XTEND Completes Atlas Integration, Expanding Its XOS Ecosystem Across Europe

JFB Construction Holdings (Nasdaq: JFB) today announced that XTEND, a leading software systems and AI-powered robotics company, has completed the integration of Atlas into the XTEND organization.

This milestone follows XTEND’s strategic acquisition of the Latvia-based robotics company earlier this year and marks the completion of the operational integration of Atlas’ engineering, manufacturing, commercial, and product development divisions into XTEND’s global organization.

The Investment and Development Agency of Latvia (LIAA) Representative Office in Israel has been involved into this project facilitating cooperation between XTEND, Latvian partners, and government institutions.

In addition to expanding XTEND’s manufacturing capacity, the integration significantly strengthens the company’s XOS ecosystem. Four operational intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) platforms powered by XOS are being added to XTEND’s growing Marketplace ecosystem, alongside thousands of deployed robotic systems, advanced tactical communications technologies, and new intelligent hardware components that will become part of XTEND’s expanding Marketplace strategy.

As XTEND’s European manufacturing and engineering hub, XTEND XFAB Latvia significantly increases the company’s production capacity while reinforcing Latvia’s position as a key center for advanced robotics engineering and manufacturing.

As global demand for intelligent robotic systems continues to grow rapidly, the facility strengthens XTEND’s ability to serve NATO member states, European Union defense organizations, and allied nations through reliable regional manufacturing, resilient supply chains, scalable production, and local customer support closer to operational requirements.

The combined organization now provides XTEND with direct commercial access to approximately 40 European countries, significantly expanding the company’s regional market presence and customer reach.

Atlas brings one of Europe’s largest installed bases of operational ISR platforms into the XTEND ecosystem, with more than 4,200 robotic systems already deployed worldwide.

Its field-proven technologies support defense organizations, government agencies, and commercial operators across Europe and beyond through a highly flexible architecture in which every component can operate independently or as part of a fully integrated network.

The integration also accelerates XTEND’s strategy to replace legacy commercial drone platforms with autonomous, mission-ready systems that comply with the U.S. National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).

This positions the company to capitalize on Europe’s growing transition from commercial drones to specialized autonomous systems while establishing a foundation for continued expansion in North America.

The integration also expands XTEND’s communications capabilities with the addition of AtlasRADIO, a software-defined tactical communications platform that delivers secure mesh networking and embedded integration for robotic systems.

Designed for OEM solutions and network-centric architectures, the technology further strengthens XTEND’s communications portfolio while expanding the capabilities of its future platforms.

It also marks XTEND’s first expansion into intelligent, software-defined robotics components, which will be offered through the company’s growing Marketplace ecosystem.
