About the speakers:

Nils Stray, Business Development Manager at Techano. Nils has a long experience as CEO for engineering and production in field of oil service and currently working with aquaculture. He has been owner and chairman for Estonian enterprise since early 2000s with mostly Norwegian customers and has a broad network of Baltic partners.

Lauritz Skeide, CEO at Norpartners. Norpartners is a supplier of product development, manufacturing and assembly of products and components in fiber reinforced thermoset plastic (FRP). Company has 25 years experience in working in Latvia and has five subsidiaries there. Company delivers to Norwegian and Swedish Coastal Authorities, Norway Polar Institute, fish farms and many other clients. 

Hans Petter Thomassen, Managing Director at Kitron. Company is a leading Scandinavian Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) company. The company has operations in Norway, Sweden, Lithuania, Germany, Poland, China and the U.S. With about 1700 highly skilled employees, Kitron manufactures and delivers anything from fully assembled electronic circuit boards to complete end products for customers globally.
